
Managing the Manager's schedule, meetings, and appointments. Handling email and phone correspondence. Preparing and formatting legal letters and documents. Organizing and maintaining files and records. Coordinating with clients and external parties.
Previous experience in secretarial or administrative work (experience in a law firm is preferred). Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.
