Min. Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years experience as Area Sales Supervisor / Account Officer in FMCG Strong MTI channel exposure with proven network in Eastern Indonesia Experience handling multi-area coverage (Sulawesi / Maluku / Papua is a strong advantage) Currently based in or willing to be placed in Makassar Strong track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Highly proactive, independent, and target-driven Fluent in English is a plus Willing to travel extensively across territories Must have SIM A / SIM C Able to join ASAP will be highly prioritized.
