Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company sales goals, identify market opportunities, and build strong sales pipelines Provide daily, monthly, and quarterly sales guidance and work plans in line with defined strategies Recruit, hire, train, manage, and motivate sales team members to enhance their skills and performance Set sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews for subordinates within assigned areas Allocate territories effectively among the sales team to optimize coverage and performance Manage, develop, coach, and control the sales team to ensure continuous improvement Organize and oversee the sales advisory team to ensure targets are clearly communicated and achieved through structured performance management Conduct regular sales reviews and business evaluations to assess team performance and identify improvement areas Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management Analyze and generate reports related to product sales, sales targets, stock levels, and other operational metrics across all areas Build, maintain, and lead relationships with key clients, supporting the team in closing high-value deals Ensure excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process, including pre-sales and after-sales support (product delivery, stock availability, replacements, and handling product defects) Handle and evaluate customer complaints in coordination with product and QA teams to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure product availability in both company and distributor stock, maintaining optimal inventory levels

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration /Marketing / Manajemen / or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position with proven experience in managing teams, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry Proven track record in achieving sales targets, closing high-value deals, and driving sustainable revenue growth Solid understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare markets, including regulatory requirements Demonstrated track record of success in identifying and closing business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth Willing to travel as required for client meetings, events, and market development activities Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales/reporting tools Demonstrates high integrity, accountability, and professionalism Placement in the Head Office, Jakarta
