
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Hong Kong market to achieve annual revenue and growth targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent and predictable revenue performance Lead the full sales cycle, including client meetings, needs analysis, solution positioning, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure Develop and manage strategic relationships with key corporate clients to drive customer retention, upselling, and repeat business Collaborate closely with marketing, solution engineering, and operations teams to deliver tailored and competitive proposals Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting through CRM to support business planning and performance management
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, or any other related disciplines 5 years of solid experience in sales or business development, preferable in robotics, automation, logistics, 3PL, technology solution, or similar industries Proven track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, managing enterprise-level accounts and complex sales cycles Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and solution-selling skills Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making Self-motivated, results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
