Visit customers regularly according to the assigned sales route. Achieve sales and distribution targets within the designated territory. Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent service. Monitor product availability and ensure proper product placement at customer outlets. Prepare and submit sales activity reports on a regular basis. Follow up on customer payments and support collection activities when required. Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
Diploma degree is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Route Sales, Field Sales, Canvassing, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships. Familiarity with the Makassar area and surrounding regions is an advantage. Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and own a motorcycle. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and mobile sales tools. Willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused. Physically fit and able to perform field sales activities.
