
Handle end-to-end payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner. Operate HRIS and maintain payroll-related data Manage employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime calculations, BPJS, and PPh 21 administration. Analyze manpower planning (MPP) data and support related HR programs. Prepare payroll reports and employee movement reports, including new hires and resignations. Support employee performance evaluation and handle employee status changes, including transfers, promotions, and demotions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Payroll. Proficient in HRIS and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of payroll processes, attendance, shift schedules, overtime, BPJS, and PPh 21 administration. Familiar with manpower planning (MPP), employee movement processes, and HR reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
