Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual tax reports in compliance with applicable tax regulations. Ensure timely and accurate filing of VAT, Income Tax, and other relevant tax obligations. Conduct tax calculations and reconciliation for both corporate and employee-related taxes. Monitor and analyze changes in tax regulations and provide recommendations for compliance strategies. Handle tax audits, inquiries, and correspondence with the tax authorities. Maintain accurate tax documentation and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Oversee full-cycle accounting operations: AR, AP, inventory, payroll, and fixed assets. Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across stores and departments. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support retail operations. Ensure tax compliance (VAT, income tax) and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants. Analyze key retail KPIs: GM%, ROS, inventory turnover, DSO, sales per square meter, store profitability. Manage financial reporting for multiple outlets and conduct performance reviews per location. Strengthen internal controls and mitigate financial risks in high-volume retail environments. Supervise finance & accounting team; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and IT teams to streamline processes. Support new store openings with feasibility studies, cost analysis, and financial planning. Optimize accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and integrate with POS and inventory systems.

Preparing clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings to Management. Examining historical financial data current performance, and industry trends to identity patterns, variances, and potential areas to improvement. Support financial models and forecasts to support planning & decision making. Assist in preparing financial statements Budget Control Assist in maintaining general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledger records are updated and provides timely reporting of all financial information accurately. Must be able to effectively communicate with employees and maintain a positive working relationship when addressing problems and coming up with solutions.
