DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct market research to identify potential location and customer needs. Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and expand market presence. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales strategies and tactics. Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements. Monitor the performance of installment products and make adjustments as needed to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.
REQUIREMENT

Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team. Familiar with the internet industry. Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently. Quick to respond, with strong expressive abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an approachable demeanor. Highly passionate about sales, willing to embrace challenges, and possessing strong market analysis and assessment skills. Responsible, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
