DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Serving customers at the counter. Assist customers with questions about products, benefits, and prices. Provide solutions quickly to customers who file complaints. Follow up with customers to prevent order cancellations. Process sales and ensure that goods have been received well by customers. Pay attention to product inventory levels. Help maintain facilities, such as store cleanliness and tidiness. Ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied. Understand the process of returns, credit, and lost sales according to company policy.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education of vocational high school with a major in marketing competency Experienced in sales, especially building materials. Placement in the BSD and Cibubur areas. Target Oriented. Domicile is preferred around the BSD, Serpong and Cibubur areas. To elevate PT. Monier's image from roof tile producer to become the roofing expert and maintain such an image within the marketing communications framework in order to ensure PT. Monier leadership in the Indonesian market.
