DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to increase revenue within the HORECA sector, focusing on hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies. Identify potential business clients and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships. Develop leads through networking, cold-calling, and industry events. Present and promote our cake and pastry products to key decision-makers within the HORECA industry, highlighting quality, taste, and value Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat orders. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales to close deals that meet both client and company expectations. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Track and report on sales performance, including revenue, customer feedback, and market insights. Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain product quality standards. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns for the HORECA market.
REQUIREMENT

Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field . Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector, preferably with a focus on food products, bakery, or pastry. Strong understanding of the HORECA sector and its unique needs, particularly within the F&B industry. Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients. Having a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required, as the role involves travel to client locations.
