DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Regularly complete the review of sales orders; Complete ERP system invoice issuance on time every month; Report customer payment data table according to the requirements of the Chinese headquarters; Conduct daily budget control and expense reimbursement management; Complete monthly closing work on time and issue financial and sales data related reports; Regularly organize the reconciliation and inventory of fixed assets, inventory, and accounts receivable as required by the headquarters; Establish and improve various financial management rules and regulations of the company; Communicate with accounting firms to complete tax declaration and other related matters; Complete other financial management tasks assigned by the superiors of the Chinese headquarters and local business leaders.
REQUIREMENT

Age 25-38 years old; Major: Accounting or related; 3 years or more of financial work experience, familiar with basic Indonesian financial and tax regulations; Proficient in operating ERP or other related financial systems (priority consideration); Good English proficiency; Good Chinese language ability (priority consideration); Good interpersonal and communication skills; Responsible, meticulous and patient, strong ability to withstand pressure; Have team management experience and cross-departmental collaboration ability Explanation: Evaluate the corresponding position based on the applicant's ability level (bonus points: financial work experience, ERP system operation experience, Chinese proficiency).
