Responsible for the installation and configuration of network equipment (switches, IP telephone voice system, wireless AP, network printer, firewall, access control system, etc.) to ensure the normal operation of network equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the abnormal problems of business systems in various departments of the factory in Indonesia, including BPM, ERP, WMS, MES, Vchat, PS, attendance and other system anomalies. Responsible for promoting the construction, use and maintenance of IT-related systems, and assisting demand analysts to provide technical support.
