Mengelola seluruh proses rekrutmen end-to-end mulai dari perencanaan kebutuhan tenaga kerja hingga onboarding karyawan baru. Menyusun dan mempublikasikan lowongan pekerjaan melalui berbagai platform rekrutmen seperti job portal, media sosial, dan jaringan profesional. Melakukan screening CV, seleksi awal kandidat, serta mengatur jadwal interview dengan user atau hiring manager. Melakukan interview awal untuk menilai kompetensi, pengalaman kerja dan kesesuaian kandidat dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk memastikan kebutuhan tenaga kerja terpenuhi sesuai target waktu. Mengelola database kandidat dan melakukan talent pooling untuk kebutuhan rekrutmen di masa mendatang. Menyusun laporan rekrutmen secara berkala seperti jumlah kandidat, status proses seleksi, dan efektivitas sumber rekrutmen. Mendukung proses onboarding karyawan baru termasuk administrasi kontrak kerja dan dokumentasi karyawan. Melaksanakan dan menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan oleh atasan.
Human Resources Management Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and HR programs Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, interviewing, and onboarding. Oversee compensation & benefits administration, including payroll coordination, allowances, Support performance management cycles, including KPI setting, monitoring and evaluation Monitor HRIS data accuracy and generate analysis/reports for decision-making. Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and oversee internal and external training initiatives. Industrial Relations Handle day-to-day industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja, PP 35/2021, PP 36/2021, PP 37/2021, and other relevant regulations. Manage employee disciplinary processes, counseling, and grievance handling. Build and maintain positive relationships with labor unions, government institutions (Disnaker), Assist in CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement/PKB) negotiation preparation and implementation. Prepare IR-related documentation, warning letters, dispute resolutions, and termination procedures according to legal standards. General Affairs Oversee GA operations such as office management, facility maintenance, company assets, utilities, and housekeeping. Manage expatriate formalities (RPTKA, Notifikasi, KITAS, MERP, SKTT) Coordinate company events, CSR programs, employee engagement activities, and risk management initiatives. D. Strategic & Administrative Support Support the Senior Manager HRGA in executing strategic HRGA initiatives and projects. Prepare periodic HRGA reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review. Participate in HRGA audits and ensure documentation accuracy. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR and GA functions.

Assist in the implementation of strategic plans for key accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Manage daily communications and relationships with assigned key accounts, ensuring prompt response to inquiries and issues. Support negotiation processes by providing data and insights related to account performance and market conditions. Monitor order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Collect and analyze sales data and promotional activity results to support performance evaluation and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to coordinate efforts related to key accounts. Identify operational challenges within key accounts and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports related to key account activities. Carry out additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental goals.

Melakukan kegiatan prospecting dan penawaran produk (unit & sparepart) seperti tracktor, combine dll, serta menjadi partner untuk memberikan saran atas permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh calon pelanggan. Menganalisa kebutuhan dan kondisi calon pelanggan sehingga dapat menawarkan produk yang sesuai. Mengelola data base customer di bagiannya. Menginput seluruh kegiatan penjualan (sesuai rencana kerja) kedalam Sales Funnel secara harian Melaksanaan kegiatan penagihan piutang ke pelanggan sesuai dengan daftar piutang dari bagian pembukuan.
