Identify market opportunities and drive the growth of export, import, and cross-trade business in alignment with company strategies and targets. Update commercial data and customer feedback in NOVA (e.g., Opportunities, Leads, Contacts). Handle daily communication with customers and principals through email, phone calls, and other channels.
