Tax Return Preparation & Filing Lead the preparation of filing of direct and indirect tax returns, including corporate income tax, GST/VAT, withholding tax, property tax and other statutory filings, on a timely basis for review by onshore tax team. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tax filings in accordance with local and international tax regulations. Tax Compliance & Reporting Maintain robust documentation and internal controls to support tax positions and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Prepare and review tax provisions and related disclosures for financial reporting purposes. Tax Payment Management Oversee the accurate and timely scheduling, and remittance of tax payments, including estimated taxes and final settlements. Ensure proper reconciliation of tax payments with accounting records and tax filings. Monitor payment deadlines and coordinate with finance teams to avoid penalties or interest due to late payments. Tax Process Management Maintain standard operating procedures for tax compliance activities. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Tax Inquiry & Audit Support Support onshore tax team on tax audits and inquiries by preparing necessary documentation. Monitor and respond to tax notices and correspondences in a timely manner. Team Management Supervise and coach junior members of the tax team on day-to-day compliance tasks. Provide training and guidance to ensure consistent application of tax policies and procedures. Collaboration & Support Provide tax compliance support for new business initiatives and operational changes. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Melakukan skrining awal dan wawancara penyaringan untuk mengidentifikasi kandidat yang paling sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Membantu dalam proses seleksi, termasuk mengatur tes, melakukan wawancara, dan memberikan umpan balik kepada kandidat. Memelihara dan memperbarui database kandidat secara teratur. Menjadi titik kontak utama bagi para kandidat, memberikan informasi dan menjawab pertanyaan terkait proses rekrutmen. Membantu dalam pembuatan laporan dan analisis data rekrutmen untuk mendukung peningkatan proses.
