Place orders via phone or make purchases outside the hospital if needed to meet user requests. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of administrative data related to ordering, negotiation, and procurement, including goods receipt documents, price revisions, and petty cash preparation. Follow up with suppliers on pending deliveries to anticipate potential delays or issues. Collect data and prepare operational reports for submission to management. Implement quality and safety procedures, including participating in training, documentation, and reporting to support hospital-wide and departmental goals.
